    Replacing a key on the V2000

    The down arrow key became soft. I removed it and remapped it to the side arrow which I never use. But how do I get it back in place. The springiness is gone and there is an ugly space on the keyboard. Thanx. :confused:

    You have to replace the entire keyboard. HP doesn't sell a single key assembly.
