Is replacing the keyboard on the dv6700 series notebooks simple? Is there a guide available online that I can follow to replace my notebooks keyboard? I've found the part number for the replacement keyboard on HP's site, but if I have to physically open up the notebook, it might not be worth it...

The service guide on hp.com will walk you through it. You will have to take your notebook apart but it's not that bad. Just remember to remove the battery first and keep track of which screws go where.
