    Hi,

I just received my repair box to return my laptop for repairs, but now I have my eye on another laptop :)rolleyes :). I am still under 21 days, but have some questions:

    - What is meant by 'repairs' in this statement?
Does it mean that once I get my laptop repaired I am no longer allowed to return it?

If that's the case, is there a way to change this repair process into a return process? Like I said, I have the repair box but haven't sent my laptop in, yet.

Well if you haven't repaired it yet, then it hasn't been repaired. Just ask for a refund and tell them you want to return instead of repair.

The return process is actually quite painless. It went very smooth for me and HP even paid for the return shipping.
