I recently returned my dv6t quad to get the dv7t quad. I returned it a week ago, and now it says "Return/Credit Complete" in my account, although the money was never refunded into my credit card. What does this mean and When will I get my money back?

Yea mine said the same, it will take a few days for the funds to clear. Trust me I was just as worried when I returned mine. They're saying Return/Credit Complete because they have confirmation you dropped the package off at fedex. Now the process for the funds to transfer has begun. Its around 3-4 business days.

Well... I actually got the dv6t quad a month ago but was not satisfied with the screen itself and the resolution. Then the dv7t deal for Black Friday was awesome so then I got my self a dv7t quad, which had a larger screen, higher resolution and there were not as much complaints, if any. Then on Monday there was the dv8t quad deal so then I attempted to cancel my dv7t quad and get the dv8t quad. HP is still working on the cancellation, and I hope that all goes well =D. Now theres like $3000 on HP bills on my credit card jeez. So now I am wondering when I am going to get my refund for my dv6t quad. I am hoping that HP can directly cancel the dv7t quad so then I won't have to go through this mess and ship it back up. Whata weekend.

I thought for Black Friday they would have a good deal on the Dv8t but instead they put a good one on the dv6t and dv7t. I also returned my DV7t because I want a nicer screen +1080P so yeah. Then I acted on the $450 off coupon for the DV8t. I hope you don't have to get the DV7t then return it, hopefully they'll just cancel it. But don't worry about the credits it just takes a few business days. You'll get your money back I assure you because I felt the same exact way. :D

it takes up to a week for the money to get returned. i remember it took about 4-5 days from the time it said completed to actually seeing it come into my account. it's on the hp side - they post the refund onto the site 4-5 days before they even issue it. when it's issued and it appears on your bank account/credit card, it'll then take another 2-3 days to settle.
