So I sent my notebook in for repair and the repair was not so great. So I sent it back in for repair again. Now they are going to replace it with a new notebook, if I am not satisfied with the replacement can I refund it. I guess I should mention I had a 2 year extended warranty and its been over the 21 day return time. I just wanted to know because I am getting tired of the wait games of repairs. Anyone have any ideas as to what can be done?
