    Ricoh card reader not working on dv6600

    First it was workin but now after doing full system recovery due to some wierd virus ican't get it work when i put my sd phone memory. It just say that is can't find the right driver for sd memory card :confused: , i tried to install the ricoh card reader driver on hp website and nothing happend .

    PLZ HELP :(

    didnt you backup any of the drivers in the SWSetup folders?

    Perhaps someone here can upload the ricoh drivers for you. You might have downloaded the wrong ones from the hp website. Are you sure you downloaded the right one (vista not xp)

    Have you also tried searching the internet for the drivers?
    I'll take a look tonight, but what is the actual hardware called? Is the card reader manufactured by Ricoh?

    yaaaaaaaaaaa it worked , after i run windows update :)
