    Sup guys?

I just got my Envy 14 in the mail a few days ago. When I was going through set up, I realized that the right beats speaker didn't have any sound output.  I was on the phone with HP for hours, and finally I ordered a new one, and was going to send this one back upon the new ones arrival. Well, I got the speaker working after that (I dont know how, it just kind of started working)...So I called and cancelled that order. It took 5 days to process the refund, and when it was approved, my right speaker quit working again. When I use headphones I get sound from both ear pieces.

This is really frustrating because I when you pay 1700$ for a machine, you expect it to arrive fully functional. Stuff happens though.

If anyone could lend some insight on this, I would be much appreciative. :D

    Thanks.

Could be something as simple as that.

sounds like the speaker's connection has a short or something.
