I received my laptop back from repair and a rubber screw cover from the top of the display bezel was missing. Now there is an exposed screw visible right next to the microphone and webcam. I checked the box, bag, etc with no luck.

It is under warranty and wondering how this will be replaced. Has anyone else dealt with this, will they mail a replacement? Thanks.

You can just call in and tell them what happened. However, it really doesn't affect the performance of the notebook so they probably won't do anything. If it upsets you a lot just reply back and someone will give you the number to a quality case manager.

They'll probably mail you replacement covers.
