    I tried to run two external monitors on Envy 15:

    external 1: Displayport --> dual-link DVI adapter --> 30" Dell 3007WFP @2560x1600

    externall 2: HDMI --> DVI --> Dell 20" 1600x1200.

    Windows 7 sees both two external monitors fine, but it appears that at any given time I can only enable one of them, the other one will always be turned off automatically once the selection is made.

    Did I miss sth to make two monitors work simultaneously on Envy 15, or is this due to the limitation of Envy 15's graphics hardware? If the later then I'm considering to buy a USB-->DVI adapter to connect the 20". I only need to display PDF, word files etc so no need for high-performance video card.

    Any comments will be appreciated.
