This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I/O chipsets since ICH7M are SATA-II 3Gbps capable, including the DV3t/dv4t. Though in some cases the vendor has bios capped the interface to 1.5Gbps. More likely to be uncapped 3Gbps capable, though you can double check by viewing the CAP.ISS setting on your system.
