    Hi

I currently have the envy 15 1030EF. Which includes a 320GB Harddrive. Now, I wonder if you need extra cables, adapters, ... if I want to put an SSD inside.

    1) What SSD fits into (the current harddrive) place. 2.5" or 1.8" only?

    2) I also read that there is a caddy with 1.8" SSD + 1.8" HDD or are there 2.5" caddies too?
    3) Can I still use my current harddrive or is it a 2.5" harddrive?

You can try getting a 2.5" caddy to replace the position of your optical drive (that means no more DVD for you) and put your SSD in your original hard drive's place. I've never heard of people runnign 1.8" SSD in our Envys though...
