    Looks like your laptop support SATA III and yes I'm 99% certain that it is AHCI. Though i suggest you look for durability and reliability when choosing an SSD and less at the benchmarks cause we're talking about a 1-2 second difference in loading times in terms of same interface SSDs. For SATA II-SATA III SSDs, the difference is a little bigger that you'd be able to notice it slightly. I suggest you get a SATA III SSD that is reliable and proven to go the distance without degrading such as Intel 510, Crucial M4, Samsung 820.
