    I'm testing to see if an older BIOS version will help with my memory dilema. See below thread for details.

    I''m just curious if any can verify if the flash utility from HP/Compaq will ask you to backup your bios before flashing?

    I've currently got f.21 and laptop won't boot with my OCZ ram. I want to see if f.13 makes a difference.

    If the flash utility from HP doesn't do a backup, anyone know how to do a backup before flashing?
