    Does anyone have any insight into whether or not it's possible to swap the screens from an HP Elitebook 8540w or Dell Studio 16 with the DV6T Select Edition? I'm very interested in the DV6T, but I need higher resolution than the puny 1366x768 and really want 1600x900. I'm having trouble finding any information to tell me if it's an easy swap or not.

    I'm also curious if one can swap the touch panel from the DV6T with a higher resolution screen. The product manuals do not make it clear whether or not the touch screen must be tied to the 1366x768 panel or not.
