    Hi,
    I would love to know what do you think about this
    The computer freeze and show this:

    I already format the computer twice
    The BIOS was uptaded
    Video card driver updated...
    Motheboard changed by HP.....

    I'm looking for: stress test on Video card + CPU, in case

    What do you think?

    P.S.: by the way it's under warranty so of course I'll ask for a CSO but, before doing it.. I wanted ideas from other person!

    Have you try check the memory on laptop too?

    since ingrated graphic might be ram or heat

    I runned a test on memory + CPU for about 6 hour!!! and nothing, but if I run a stress test for video card, in 10 minnutes it freeze...

    the video card has been damaged. you should ask for a replacement computer or ask them to replace the video card.

    They already changed the motherboard....

    Note: I already asked to obtain an other CSO, they will repare it again...
    I'm curious tu know what they will do on it...

    Next time if it's not repaired i'll ask about a replacement!!!
    I was just curious to have othe point of view!

    Hum... got news and not so good ones
    The laptop is on it's way...
    They updated the bios(witch i did) and said everything was fine!!!

    I don't think it's possible so I would like to know advice on hot to exchange the laptop... cause this one is a lemon...

    Do you have exemple?? or should I ask for a refund?
    A refund, will they give me the cost? I mean that this laptop's cost price is 838, or will they give me what I payed for??
