    I am having trouble activating my scrolling feature on the right side of the touch pad of my hp notebook? Can anyone tell me how to activate it?

    mine was activated when I got it - although check the settings in the control panel for the mouse - it should be there...

    Also, make sure the page you are on is active. Click somewhere on the page to make sure and then try it...

    download the synaptics drivers, it enables hardware scroll in many different options/areas on touchpad
