Is there a way to look up my notebook specs on hp.com?
I can provide any information including my product number, serial, P.O. Number ( What is this anyways?), Reference order number ( What is this too?).

if your HP laptop is not cutom made,
u can just go hp.com and search for your model like typing "HP DV5 1000us" , and you will get your specs

For custom built laptops, go to the order status page and login using your username and account(if you created and logged in when you ordered the laptop) or use the order number along with the phone you used while placing the order. This should list the receipt with all the specifications of the CTO laptop.
