Greetings - I would like to upgrade my x1010 from 768-mb to 1-Gb - but only one chip is accessible under the memory door on the bottom. Has anyone ever done this - is the other chip easily accessible? Great little system by the way - it'll be four years old in December. TIA...

If there is only one memory accessible under the memory door, the other one will be under the keyboard. You can find the service manual at hp.com and it will give you directions on how to take the computer apart, even though you will not to take it all apart to be able to remove the keyboard.
