This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I downloaded the NVidia driver for Vista 64 bit with a modified INF file for Windows 7. On August 27, an update for the driver came out. I am noticing my fans are slightly louder than before, and maybe an updated driver to the GPU can fix this.

    Can I get some help finding a solution to this?
