    were do u get the hardware serial number and product number? im getting hp care pack thing.

    On the underside, along the bottom edge. S/N is your serial, P/N is your product no (RH433ES I think - copy upto #)

    Do the business notebooks have Quicklaunch butons installed? If they do then press Fn + esc key and it should list your product as well as the serial numbers.

    it keeps saying thta my product key isnt a registered key or not proper. :S
