    Service Door Removal on dm1-4010us: Mission Impossible?

    It sure seems simple enough as per the manual: slide the battery latch over, remove the battery, then slide the service door forward and lift. Fine, except for the fact that for the past thirty minutes that service door hasn't budged. Being careful not to break any plasitc parts. Anyone have a suggestion on getting the door off so I can gain access? Thank you.
