I,ve noticed that when running this game the gpu is not working at full power, msi says that it never reaches to 100% gpu performance, about 70% depends of the situation. Is it a bottle neck because of my i3?

I have to say that i only notice crappy perfomance when there are a lot of cars or sunglare effects or a lot of public.

    Quite likely.
a i5 would have been far better for gaming.

I can't get 99% GPU usage in some track like Zolder. I'm using i7.

Maybe you can head to NoGripRacing :: NFS Shift 2 Downloads and download some mods that disable few off tracks props and improve fps.

I had shadow on Low tho.
