My dv6500T got delivered this morning in TN, and I want to ask the person who ordered it for me to ship it to Chicago, How safe it is via FedEx Ground shipping or FedEx home delivery? I know someone from Chicago that will be going home here in my home country that is willing to bring my laptop.. Do i need to get insurance from FedEx for the shipment of my laptop? Should I get their "Direct Signature Required" service? hope to hear your suggestions. Thanks

all their services should be reliable equally but probably the fastest will have the most insurable amount and best service. if that friend of yours is coming via car or soemthing and the item wont be taxed then its better cuz you will have to pay the taxes applicable when sent via fedex
