    My newly ordered zv5000z 3700+ was shipped on 18th. FedEx stated estimated delivery on 20th (today).

    Tracking results:
    18th SHANGHAI CN
    19th SHANGHAI CN
    20th (!) SHANGHAI CN
    = null progress in three days.


    Called FedEx - "yes, on 20th. Sir, this is not going to happen as the package is still in China".

    Should I elaborate how badly I want to get the shipment RIGHT NOW ;) ?

    It seems the same thing is happening with my zx5000. no update !!!

    how does one know when its to arrive? [ :(!]

    It looks like you have to wait the tracking info to change. It will progress and finally you'll see "on FedEx vehicle for delivery" :) message.

    My laptop was held in CN for 3 day. Then, In Alaska for two days. Than it went to Tennessee and to Chicago in none day and is coming any minute now (!!!). FedEx rep told that they had "mechanicl problem" with the flight from AK. So, 6-day delivery, not 2-day as some people here enjoied.


    I hope to place my report on the 3700+ equipped zv5000z within a few hours[ :p]
