Hello,
My shockwave flash randomly stops working, which freezes my whole computer. I have tried already deinstalling shockwave flash, and the Adobe and everything that is related to it and reinstalling it (as HP customer service told me to). However this problem persists. I can watch movies up to a certain measure, but whenever I open my Skype, it automatically freezes once I get a call or even send a message to somebody. The only way of unfreezing my computer is restarting it. I have also tried deinstalling Skype and reinstalling it. My computer freezes and a message pops up saying "Shockwave Flash is not Responding" or Google Chrome is not responding.
What should I do at this point??
Thank you, any suggestion is entirely welcome !!![]()

Have you already tried disabling hardware acceleration for Flash?

Also you might want to try running AdAware or your built it HP driver updater to see if it's the amount of memory those programs use. Flash tends to be very memory intensive, make sure nothing else is interfering with the programs getting what they want.

And I see that you're still advertising yourself as a company representative, implying a relationship with HP. This can easily be changed via your User CP here.......
