    Should I send it back to HP to repair it?

    I got a Compaq notebook several days ago. It has one bright spot on the screen, and the touch pad was disable after switching users. Should I repair it? If so, how can I finish the process as quick as possible?

    Can you exchange it at the store you bought it from?

    if you brought it from the store i would definately exchange it. it should have a 14 day exchange policy
