    Should i buy the HP ENVY 15?

    The latest model released late last year. I have heard there are a lot of issues going with it with regards to the "red/orange", the trackpad, keyboardflex (?), and maybe heat and fan (?)

    I would probably spend around 1100 with tax and after coupons. Im sticking with the base configuration although Im upgrading the HDD to a 7200rpm and the screen to the 1080p res.

    Is it worth buying this laptop now? Are there any laptops out there that are within my budget? ( $700 - 1150 ) ?

    If you are not in a rush people are telling me to wait till the "Ivy Bridge" refresh in late march / april. Many of these issues are due to lazy q/a (excepting the screen).
