    I just purchased a pavilion dv2000 but i got it with the Athlon isnt of the other AMD.

    Do this batterys have a memory? Just curious because i was going to orginally buy a mac book, but i couldnt pass of the deal on this PC and I need to know if it hurts the battery to be plugged in all the time.

    Won't hurt the battery.. one, it's a li-ion so no memory effects and second, it has an internal chip which stops charging when it reaches full capacity.
