Nice buy for $399 there, I used the Sleekbook 15 recently and thought it was ok, though the abundance of glossiness wasn't exactly my style.

Welcome to Windows 8, now you have to learn how to right click your way to everything and relearn everything you knew how to do before! While I'm not at a Windows 8 machine right now I think I can at least somewhat help -- if you go to the Desktop (click on the Desktop tile or right click in the lower left side and select Desktop) and then once there again hover in the lower left area and right click and select Control Panel. Once in the Control Panel you'll see a little search box in the top right corner, type "Windows Experience Index" and it'll search and show you the icon to click for that.

Yeah, it's really that easy  There are of course other ways to get there I'm sure, hopefully someone has a better solution.

Thank you for your response. I will try that tonight. I'm beginning to get accustomed to windows 8 and starting to like it more. As for the glossy look, that's why I bought the HP in the first place. I dont like the brush look.
