    Be careful - there were problems with that battery and the latching system coming loose.

    I do not know if it is compatible. I would contact HP Parts Support.

    There are china batteries for sale on eBay - there is extreme risk associated with those though.

    Try searching Craigslist too. I picked up two brand new Slice batteries from a guy who had no idea of their value. Ended up getting both for $100 shipped.
