Hey guys, I'm really frustrated with this. I have no clue to what might be the problem. This is my network adapter. Realtek RTL8139/810x Family Fast Ethernet NIC. And it seems to be updated to the latest drivers. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

When you say slow network speed, what kind of speeds are you getting? I'm assuming you're using the latest drivers from the HP site? Try booting into Safe Mode with Network support and try again and see if it helps. If it does, that means there's some software/drivers that you have loaded that is causing a problem with your network drivers.
