Some body Help me, please

Dear All,
have a notebook with a general specification of the brand Hp Pavilion Notebook with windows 10 operating system, the notebook I have been using for a year, but now the notebook has a problem that if I press the '' left Shift '' on the keyboard it will show the letter '' X '' and if the "Shift right" button is pressed it will display the letter "W".
In the previous few months the notebook has experienced a problem that if I press the key with the '' character on the keyboard it will appear the letter '' @ '', but it can I overcome by changing the language settings.

I hope the experts could give me the solve problem this matter.

might want to check keyboard ribbon and clean it a cloth and check again.
Try a power reset, see if it helps in sorting your weird issue.
