Hi, I have a HP Pavilion dv9000 and recently I had an accident where I think I busted the headphones jack on the notebook. It still plays sound out of the external speakers if I plug them in, but when I pull the headphone plug sound does not play on the computer speakers. I want to just disable that one headphones jack because there is a spare jack.

Is there a place where I can disable headphone jacks so they don't cause my computer to go mute? Thanks for the help.
