    Hello!

I´ve had my hp for about a month now, and overall I´m happy with it.
However, one thing that annoys me is that there is a lot of distortion when I´m using earphones. I´ve tried to cut down all volume bars that I don´t need, but that doesn´t solve anything. The distortion is always present, more so when I for instance use the DVD-drive. I can learn to live with this noise, but I just want to hear from other users if this seems to be an issue with all nx6325:s or just mine.

    Thanks,

    henke

You should actually have the lowest level of distortion using headphones.

Make sure your headphones are not faulty by trying them with other devices (MP3 players, CD players, etc).

It might be that you need to rotate the plug when it is connected to the audio out port on the laptop.

    Thanks for your answer!

However, I´ve tries with several earphones, and the problem remains.
I´ve even tried to mute all volumes but the distortion is still there.
Moreoever, I´ve noticed that it gets quite a lot worse when the harddrive is working. I can hear it in the headphones everytime I can hear it working from a "normal" perspective.
