    hey guys, so my sound wont work, ill try playing a song in itunes, wmp, you tube anything, but nothing comes out. the only thing that does work is the realtek speaker test. also my mute button doesn't change color, i know people have had that similar problem but i could use any advise on how to fix either of these, thank you!
