Hi, I have an HP EliteBook 2730P tablet with Windows Vista and my ONE complaint is that the speaker level is so low I can hardly hear it. All volumes are turned up very high but when I say try to watch a TV show via iTunes in a quiet room I can hardly hear it and have to wear headphones to be able to watch it. The same applies in other applications like Windows Media Player.

Any suggestions here? I travel a lot and pass the time by watching movies on my laptop at night and this sound issue is a real deal killer for me.

    Thanks!

I have a 2510P, also with a mono speaker and it's plenty loud. Make sure all the sliders for master and wav volume are all the way up. Then if it's still too quiet, suggest you ring HP and ask for a replacement speaker.
