i noticed at the store the other day that same HP's have a regular keyboard while some come with this special shiny finish on the keys. The latter feels incredible when using the keyboard. I asked the employee working there and as expected, he didnt know what i was talking about.

what is this special finish on the keyboard called? im going to try and call some stores tommorrow and ask them about laptop availability so i was going to ask them which of their HP's had this finishing. Will they even know what I'm talking about?

These are called HP DuraKeys. Google and search the HP site for information. I think this is mainly found on the business and highend laptops at this time.
