    I got the serial number and part number of a HP 2140 that I am interested in buying. However, I do not know if the screen is the standard 1024x576 or the HD 1366x768. I know the dell website explicitedly lists all the parts of the laptop and a brief description. Does HP have this service on their website or do I have to call in?
