    Spectre x360 system freeze

    Hello,

    I got a problem with my Spectre X360 4001ng.

    The system freezes randomly so I need to restart the system.
    Im not sure but I think everytime i was downloading something and my Notebook was connected to a second Screen through HDMI.

    Often I let my Notebook on for a while and when im back, the Image and system is freezed and the fan is working. It happend to while working.

    Does anyone had a problem like that before?

    I send it to HP but they only reinstalled Windows.
    The drivers are up to date and a few days ago, HP installed beta Driver on my system through a remote Connection but it dosent helped.
    I think its Hardware related but the HP support is not the best....

    Has no one issues like that?
    Can anyone say that he is using this Notebook with a second Screen without Problems?

    Thank you, I send SoMeAm everything and HP Germany called me later but without any changes.

    After 2 years with this device, HP has the worst quality control and the worst service in Germany.


    3 Devices which had problems, and now the third one, was already three times at repair and it´s getting more bad.

    - hinges defect
    - only one rubberfeet left
    - still get freezes
    - bad sound

    since HP changed the motherboard
    -still defect hinges
    - still get freezes
    - metal housing damaged
    - scratches
    - ports are not as good accessible like before
    - still one rubber feet
    - bad sound

    They don`t changed the rubberfeets or the hinges, because they say it´s my fault or normal.
    Never heard so much imbecility

    I have never see such an incompetent service like HP.
    They are all really incompetent!

    They have an complaints department, but their only job is to forward to repair department.
    Dell sends instantly a new device or a repair men, if there is any problem but HP does nothing!
    I will never buy anything from HP again!
    Cant understand how such a company can be so bad at everything.

    My local dealer will change that device.
    Luckily my dealer exchanges this device.

    Otherwise I would smash it against the wall, because I wont send it the fourth time to HP, so they can damage more.
