I am seriously considering buying this.

-Is the ram upgradable. I keep Hearing its soldered on, and you get what you buy. Want to make sure though
-Can you install Windows precision drivers for the trackpad
-Whats the difference in the product numbers (nomenclature)

I want the 13" model but If i understand correctly you cannot get the mx150 gpu which i want and you get to compromise with the hd620.

Not sure what you mean what do you want to make for me.

I provided links for local shops with what they offer. First is a 15inch model with the ideal specs except its 15. Next are 2 13inch links, seemingly identical but with different codes and prices. One codes for 1900+ and the other 1500. Although 8gb and hd620 is not what idlink for paying that premium, the 1500 price is not that bad

The more expensive one has 4k screen, cheaper has 1080p. Also 512GB vs. 256GB ssd. It's written on those pages :)
    -yes.

Wow im such a noob completely missed the 1080p spec. Anyway my biggest turn off is that mx150 seemingly doesnt come to 13 inch. I dont want 15" cause any form factor other than ultrabook is a dealbreaker and paying 1500+ euros for an hd620 screams shut up and take my money.

Ideally at 1500 i would want 13" 16GB mx150 Dark ash. Dont care about drive size since i can replace at any time and screen res i could make the fullhd compromise. Although im a cad user i dont thunk 13 inch woukd seruously benefit with 4k. I may be wrong about that one but oh well

Well just to add my $0.02 I own an x360 13" model with the 8550u, 16gb ram, and the 4k touchscreen. And to answer your question on color there is no black and gold. It's dark brown and gold. It looks like black in dim lighting, but is a very nice color. I like it alot.

Now if you are set on getting the 15" model I would suggest looking at the RX Vega version. Personally, if I had to do it over again and was going to buy the 15" model I would get that one. Overall, it's just better than the one with the mx150 in it in both cpu and gpu performance. I'll post a notebook review link so you can check it out.

Not sure about where you live, but I was able to pick up my laptop at a local bestbuy. So you may want to check your local stores as you might just be able to pick one up.
