I've had this laptop for 4 months now, and starting 2 weeks ago, the left side of my dv6 quad edition there has been this non stop creeking noise.

It sounds like the fan or something idk its like *cirk cirk cirk*

Idk if it's because I've been moving my laptop around alot while it's on.

Can someone help me resolve this problem please.

    Thanks!

I get the same creaking side on my left upper side when I press down on it. All I can think is it's poor craftsmanship.
I'm very disappointed at this laptop as well.

I don't get any creaking with my steel gray model.

That sound is your fan dying.
Wait one or 2 weeks and you'll get a bios warning.

Send it for repair and get ready for a week without computer :)
And DO NOT send the battery or charger with it (even if they ask you to) these morons will not send it back with your repaired unit and blame it on the repair service.
