This just started yesterday when I transfered a load of files from my pc to my laptop. The network lags during start up. Takes around 1 minute and then it is normal again.

This lag never occured until yesterday night. I don't understand why.

Even the "HP Wireless Assistant" box doesn't show up.

Should I try the restart in safe mode and type net local administrators localservices /add command? I have the full/correct command written down somewhere.
