Hello people, I finally received my computer today. Everything was great until i turned the computer on. BAM! A blue dot stuck in the middle of my black screen. Is there a way of fixing this? I really don't want to go through the hassle of dealing with a return when I just spent 3 weeks waiting and had to call numerous times as to why my computer was stuck in customs. I'll see what your suggestions are before I call HP. I am already running UD Pixel. How long should I try it. And I spent $1000 dollars do you think I should just be picky and return it?

Always return a computer while you're in the return policy if you're unsatisfied. If you don't, more things are going to go wrong as soon as that policy expires, and then you'll be around here creating all kinds of threads that I don't want to read.

Sometimes taking a lint free cloth and rubbing/massaging the area works to "unstick" a pixel. Google that idea to see if there are any videos about it and the method.

I've got a red one center-right. I'm going to try a program called udpixel. It might help.
