I have a dv6-6170us and everything was fine yesterday and I wanted to convert something like I usually do. I went to open up my Hp cool sense but the application isn't there. So I opened up hp support assist and it has a new layout like it has been updated. Anyways I wanted to reinstall hp cool sense and it says I have to lot of software updates so I did it and my computer restarted and now I can't even open Hp support assistant it says HPSF.exe has stopped working click ok to restart this application and it keeps poping up. I liked the old hp support assist (the dark black and blue one) now its a white box looking thing. How do fix this problem or get the old version back. I redownloaded the old one and it says a new version is updated.
