I just came across this link today.

    http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/product?product=453178&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&lang=en&cc=us

That laptop is called the DV4000 and it looks a lot like the DV1000 to me. Is this the sucessor to the DV1000 as the ZD8000 was to the ZD7000?

Does anyone have information on this laptop? Any info would be appreciated!

I like it, hope it uses the Sonoma platform and doesnt include an integrated GPU. Looks much nicer than the first one. Not as pointy on the edges, nice and smooth look to it.

On closer inspection, it doesn't look like the sucessor to the DV1000 to me now. It is a small picture, but it looks like it has a 15.4 widescreen, not the 14 inch screen the DV1000 has. Maybe its the sucessor to the ZV5000 series?
