After looking around forever for a good case that fit my new 20" HDX, I found one that works pretty well... it's made by quicksilver and the model is called a Polo II. It has both a briefcase strap and a handle with wheels, and it fits the HDX very snugly (It's 20" x 14" x 7"). The only downside is that while the outer covering is fairly hard, its a little vulnerable on the sides but still very sturdy. And it has enough pocketspace for extra batteries, the massive power brick, and extra cords, etc. If any other people have found good solutions for their 20", post them here.

HP actually has a new 'case' for the HDX (it's configurable when you purchase an HDX). It's more of a suitcase then a notebook case, but it looks similar to the Polo II you mentioned.
