    Hello,

    I have two laptops.
First came pre-loaded with MCE 2005 with upgrade to Vista. i.e. tow legal licenses.
    The second pre-loaded with Vista.

I want to use MCE 2005 on the second and Vista on the first.
    Is this legal?

    My other question is:
Is there a way to legally use the Vista key to install MCE 2005? Can we, as owners of Vista get any discounts if we want to purchase MCE 2005?

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards,

    Ravindra.
