    hahaha you beat me to the punch, but in all seriousness, in terms of their "concept", they never really mentioned whether it was solely a hardware concept or software concept.

    how cool would it be to update to those drivers and get that kind of macbook trackpad like responsiveness across the entire *latest synaptic hardware* board, of course envy's included.

    This requires Synaptics InterTouch interface to be designed into the hardware; so the answer is no.

    They only announced it's development back in May.

    what is the hardware/software on the macs?? is it inhouse?? all of their multitouch stuff is very very slick
