    I bought a new SSD (Samsung 470 Series 256GB).

I tried a system recovery but it doesnt work (when the system reboots it cannot find the disk).

Any ideas? My only thought at the moment is to create the HP_TOOLS partition with the 1024 offset in order to properly align things. I could do a clean install, but it's nice to have the option to install the OS with all drivers already loaded.

    Cheers.
