So My system has been running slower than when i first bought it. I wanna do a system restore but want to get rid of all the bloatware that comes when i first got my laptop. Is there a program that will do this for me?

There is not one program that will reinstall windows for ya. Since every PC model has a different set of hardware, each model need a list of drivers for a reinstall. I suggest you use the restore disks that came with your machine and just uninstall the bloatware. That is the easiest way.

There are however very good guides if you decide to do a clean install.
